or defect that is caused by the incorrect installation of any equipment.
- THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS CONTAINED IN THIS
SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS, ARE

CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES,
PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS
SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY
LIMITED REMEDY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS
ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- Items usually ship with in the 1st 3 days of order being placed. However
some orders may take longer do to backorders from manufacturers.
- All equipment comes with a 1-Year Warranty.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or acts of god.
- Credit Card Statements will say INeedTelephones.Com. Any charge back
will incurr a $50 fee
- All international orders have a one year warranty. All shipping is
the responsibility of the customer. INEEDTELEPHONES.Com will not be
responsible for shipping to or from any customer.
- All sales are final. Any order refused upon delivery will be subjected
to shipping charges & a 50% restock fee.
- If you buy something and it is not compatiable with your current system
or setup we will give you store credit.
- Credits on restock fees can take up to 2 months to be processed.
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- If you purchase like new equipment, please remember this has gone
through a refurbishing process. All equipment leaves our facilities
working and tested. If your equipment arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival)
which sometimes happens, UPS is very hard on packages, we will replace
the defective equipment. We will not accept the equipment back because
of a DOA. If you insist on returning because of a DOA a 50% restock
fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied .
- If you have defective equipment and you need an advance replacement,
your credit card will be taken as security on the advance replacement
equipment. To grantee return of defective equipment you must fill out
an advanced replacement form. Please call 973-337-2083 for more information.
- Any equipment which is sent out as an advance replacement must be
returned within 15 days. If equipment is not returned within 15 days
your credit card will be charged for the advance replacement equipment.
INeedTelephones.Com will test the equipment & replace if defective.
- Any returned equipment which is not defective will be charged a 50%
restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
- Any invoice that is not paid in 30 days will incur 1.5% interest and
every 30 days after. Invoices which are not paid within 120 days will
be sent to a collection agency.
- All COD orders will be sent out as Certified / Bank funds or money
order.
All installation, programming, and moves that are done are subcontracted.
All quotes for installations are rough estimates. All quotes are subject
to change without notice. Quotes are subject to subcontracts inspection
and approval of quote.

Northern Telecom or Nortel Networks in anyway.

- All warranties implied are through INeedTelephones.Com.
- ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED ON WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYs. Any orders
placed on a weekend end will be processed on THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. If
you need your equipment overnight please give us a call to confirm that
your order will be processed the same business day.
- By purchasing equipment from INeedTelephones.Com all parties agree
to these terms and conditions. Whether the party purchase via the Internet,
telephone or fax machine. All terms and conditions will be enforced.
